WHO ARE WE?
Hugkell Pty Ltd as trustee for the Hugkell Unit Trust trading as Tactical Financial Solutions (“Tactical”) is a licensed Finance Broker aggregating through Choice Aggregation Services as an independent third party acquisition for various lending institutions licensed to negotiate and facilitate loans of money for and on behalf of its clients.
YOUR PRIVACY
Your privacy is of great importance to Tactical. For information and details on how we handle and protect the information you provide please read this policy or contact us direct.
WHAT INFORMATION MAY BE REQUIRED AND HELD
Tactical may hold information about you, which is “personal information”. Examples of personal information include;

Your credit worthiness information.
Information that identifies you as an individual or allows your identity to be reasonably ascertained.
Your name, address, contact details, income details, employment history and credit information.

The personal information we collect about you is information that you consent to give us directly, or consent to allow us to obtain from a third party (ie accountant).
PURPOSE FOR COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Tactical collects the personal information to assist us carry out our necessary functions, activities and services in negotiating and facilitating finance on your behalf.

In addition to this Tactical may hold personal information for the following reasons:

i) To contact you
ii) To keep you adequately informed during the application process
iii) For administration and Billing purposes
iv) To keep you informed of promotional offers, finance services and the finance industry in general

We keep your personal information on our database. If you do not wish to hear from us in relation to our financial services and promotional offers, please advise your consultant.
HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is collected in a number of different ways including directly from you, for example when you fill out a Finance application form and annexures, lenders credit reports and statements and through answering questions during our interview process.
HOW DO WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
Tactical will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is kept secure. It will only be made available to authorised staff for authorised purposes. It will be kept safe from misuse, alterations and destruction.
DOES TACTICAL SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANYONE ELSE?
Tactical will not share your personal information with any other individual or organization except where you have given your consent on a confidential basis, where it is necessary to enable Tactical to provide the services that you require and where we are required to under law.
ACCESS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Generally, you may access your personal information by writing to us at: PO Box 482, Hillarys WA 6923.

Tactical will require personal presentation of appropriate identification before we will release personal information to maintain confidentiality. Under no circumstances will personal information be given to you via a telephone enquiry.

Where Tactical does not allow access to your personal information, a full written explanation of the reasons why this decision was made will be provided to you. Any complaints that you may have regarding the handling of your privacy by Tactical should be made in writing to the above address or to the Privacy Commissioner in Canberra.
WHAT IF TACTICAL HAVE INCORRECT DETAILS REGARDING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
If you believe that we hold any details about you that are incorrect, you may write to us at the above address outlining how and why these details are incorrect. We will endeavour to update the details as soon as possible after you have provided us with the correct details.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF TACTICAL CHANGES THIS PRIVACY POLICY?
This privacy policy is accurate as at 08 August 2006, and Tactical may alter or amend it without notice. Should the privacy policy be altered or modified, the new policy will be posted prominently at our office.
