General Advice

Fast and Simple...by phone or meeting (you choose)

The General Advice service is provided to you by Simple Cover Pty Ltd. The service is provided by telephone or meeting. This is a product only service. You decide the level of cover you need. However, Simple Cover can provide you with factual information to assist you to make a decision about the type and amount of Insurance that suits your circumstances. This service uses Tower Life Insurance products via their industry leading web based application service.

Find out how much life insurance should I have?

	•	Applications are usually completed in just 20 minutes
	•	Mostly, medicals are not required (depends on any health issues)
	•	Many applications receive approval and insurance cover immediately (depends on age and any health issues)
	•	Many more receive approval and insurance cover within 3 days after application
	•	Less than 10% of applications take longer than 3 days for a decision

Personal Advice

When General Advice is not for you...

The Personal Advice service is provided to you by personal advice advisers, specialists in Life Insurance advice, that you will be referred to by Simple Cover, should you decide that you want more than just General Advice. These personal advice advisers are required by law to understand your personal circumstances and provide a written recommendation about the type and level of insurance appropriate for you. These advisers use various different Insurance Company’s insurance products.

	•	If you wish, Simple Cover can refer you to a Personal Advice adviser
	•	A meeting will be arranged for you
	•	Many applications receive approval and insurance cover immediately (depends on age and any health issues)
	•	At the meeting you will provide details of your personal circumstances
	•	After the meeting you will receive a written insurances recommendation

You may choose to use this service if you have substantial known health issues, lifestyle risks or if you have previously had trouble obtaining life insurance......or if you are not satisfied with the outcome of any General Advice provided to you.

Complex Advice

For those involved in complex business structures...

If you are a business owner, on your own or with others, then chances are you need succession and estate planning advice. Succession and estate planning deals with future events, planned and unplanned. Planned events like your retirement and unplanned ones like accidents, short and long term illness or death. The negative financial impacts of some of these events can be insured against. But first, a plan needs to be developed. These documented plans are called Succession and Estate Plans. If you decide that you need Complex Advice then Simple Cover can refer you to specialist providers of succession and estate planning services.

	•	If you wish, Simple Cover can refer you to providers of complex succession and estate planning advice
	•	A meeting will be arranged for you
	•	After the meeting you will receive a recommended strategic plan
	•	After the meeting you will receive a recommended strategic plan
	•	If you decide to implement the plan then formal documents will be produced to formalise the plan
	•	The appropriate plan for you may or may not include insurances
